2009 Husqvarna TC-510 has a Motocross body style with a 4-stroke single-cylinder engine. The TC 510 engine displaces 501 cc to get the bike rule the tracks. The bike has an oil circuit pressure relief valve for better performance. The new oil filter and timing chain tensioner have improved reliability on the go. The frame is a whooping kilo lighter than the older version. This model has wave type brake disks, similar to all the new models out of the Husqvarna shop. These have been designed to improve braking under extreme conditions. Adding more to the improved braking, are scalloped-style brake rotors.

The chimney and the shift

The revised titanium exhaust systems provide better and more progressive engine response including at the lower revolution range. Gear changes on the 2009 Husqvarna TC-510 are more precise because of the new gear selector, Steel gear change linkage and steel fork drive shaft.

Want to do some Visual upgrades? You have got plenty of them! The 2009 Husqvarna TC-510 has received new designs and graphics. The seat and the air filter can be taken off easily without any tools required. It has a two-into-one, titanium construction and quality workmanship. The forks (Marzocchi) and shock absorber (Sachs) have new settings for a personalized calibration and to go with the track variations. Racing number plates on the sides and the front aren’t the ones to stand out but go well with the design to please the eye. The engine has got new jacket! It is made up in new design in plastic.
